I’ve checked all the best YouTube videos and top articles about setting up Open NAT in Windows 10 or the Xbox app. I’ve tried numerous methods, but the app still shows “Moderate” and Command Prompt keeps saying restricted NAT. All suggested ports are open according to Port Checking tools, yet they don’t work. Anyone have suggestions?

If it resembles the classic Xbox 360 era, trying to get "open" becomes unnecessary. You'll likely need to open your network and system to the outside too much to succeed.
