The issue has been resolved by updating the BIOS and drivers. The system now runs smoothly without further problems. No parts are required for replacement. Appreciate everyone's helpful suggestions!

Switched to the standard 8x2 RAM instead of the 16x2. Seeking reliability. It's holding up well, though there are some minor hiccups here and there. Should work.
