It's occurring often whenever I power on my PC. The motherboard displays a yellow and red light that keeps blinking, and the computer doesn't start properly for a while. I have to shut it down and turn it back on to get it working. I'm unsure why this happens, and any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. IMG_2001.mp4

they are the lights showing which section the motherboard starts, like CPU and RAM connections via VGA. You must figure out which lights are actually lighting up...this is likely memory training. Make sure the BIOS/CMOS battery isn’t dead.

The XMP is activated, and according to the video, keeping the PC on for an hour caused it to stay unchanged while both LEDs flashed.

This suggests a problem with the hardware; refer to your motherboard manual for details on the LEDs. It might mean the CPU is being moved to RAM—inspect those connections and remove one RAM stick to test, then repeat with the others.
