Ah, 16 GB is the maximum for my OS version. X.X, that's correct for the help, Sam. It was easier than I anticipated.

Choose a more advanced, non-restricted version or proceed with W10... This OS restriction is something I’m still learning about.

I didn't plan to upgrade the operating system on this one because I mostly use it for casual gaming like League of Legends and watching movies, not much else. My other system runs Windows 10. X.X, I'll check it out later, probably.
