Diagnose Mini PC router issues Solutions for router problems
I'm working with a Celeron J1800 mini PC as a router for WAN failover. It has been stable until recently when it suddenly stopped working. I checked an HDMI connection and received an error saying "XZ compressed data is corrupt" during the boot process (Debian-based OS). After a few reboots, I can't even access the system. I replaced the memory module but that didn't help. The PC powers on normally, and I connected a fan to see if it would work. I removed the RAM and SSD, yet the mini PC still boots. I also tried taking out the motherboard, but it still powers up. There are some LEDs on the board and one on the SSD that light up. The LAN ports seem fine, while the USB ports only provide power briefly when connected. What might be causing this issue?
