I left my machine running during an outage, but the screen shows nothing. The fans are active, yet the QLED graphics for the CPU aren’t working. I inspected the processor and found no damage or dirt. I’m unsure what to do next. What steps can I take to resolve this?

It seems unlikely anything will break unless you've already done some work.

I attempted to launch it several times before giving up. After that failed, I reinstalled the graphics card. Still no success; I also verified all connections and cleaned the components.

For this reason, I rely on a UPS. When a storm hit, I removed the phone line from the back of the PC. Right before grabbing it, I noticed a massive lightning bolt near the plug. That damaged my $300 combination sound card/modem from Creative. Now it's protected by a UPS and clean power throughout.
