This is my friends PC, he built it a few years back, and he has been at college. He takes it with him home on break and then back to college. But he didn't use it over last break so it just sat around for about 2 months unused. Then when he tried to start it up it won't turn on. To clarify, the Pc starts up, but the screen won't come on. Now I also built a computer and have a bunch of extra things so I tested everything I could think of. I tried: a different HDMI, a different port (Display port), a new monitor, unplugging everything, checking the PSU, the ram, the GPU, Fans, motherboard reboot (took out battery + all power), the RED PSU switch in both positions, and tried both the motherboard HDMI and GPU HDMI. Nothing has worked, the PC still starts up but the screen just won't show anything but no signal. What are my options? If y'all can't help me fix this, where could I take it in the state of VA that could help me fix it? It's still active, I confirmed on Google too. Everything seems to function normally, but nothing shows up on the screen. I don't know the voltage here—it's in the US. The PC booted up at 220 volts and has been running for a while. It only started showing problems after those issues were identified; I tried the 110 mode then.
