I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but noticed performance issues. My RAM is around 34-35% and I’m using about 20% of my CPU. Someone suggested formatting might help, though I’ve already tried that. Playing Counter-Strike works fine and I even saw a slight FPS boost. What should I do next?

Try launching Diablo within a Windows 7 compatibility mode... Are you referring to the classic version or Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls?

In Lord of Destruction, ensure compatibility mode is enabled. Turn off high DPI scaling. Execute with administrator privileges.
