He and his friend are planning to play Diablo 4 together. Right now, his friend has a boosteroid account but it sometimes causes issues, so he prefers using the game natively. His setup is a Lenovo M70s with a 10th gen Intel Pentium Gold processor, 8GB DDR4 RAM, and an onboard GPU. Diablo 4 can run but isn’t smooth. Two points to consider: 1. Upgrading to 16GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM might improve playability. 2. A budget-friendly, low-profile GPU that runs the game at least at low settings would be ideal for shared gaming sessions.

Improving the RAM could offer some benefit, but the core graphics performance remains weak. Certain versions of the GTX 1650 need no additional power and use the full 75W via the motherboard’s PCIe port. There are many slim models available. The 1650 handles Diablo 4 well. At 1080p mid/high with a solid CPU, it can achieve around 60+ FPS on average. The 10th generation Intel Pentium Gold may be the main constraint due to its dual-core, four-thread setup.
