There are alternatives to Corsair RAM that work well with iCUE, such as Kingston or G.Skill models compatible with the system.
Only Corsair makes iCUE products. iCUE does now support Asus' Aura Sync, but only on motherboards, I think. Asus didn't even make RAM until just recently, but I don't think anything they have coming out in RAM is RGB, and there's no guarantee it would be supported by Corsair if it did. Long and short, no. If you want to control it with iCUE, it's going to have to be Corsair.
