Hello everyone, my computer has been displaying a black screen during gameplay or when launching applications. The background sound remains active, suggesting the GPU might be inactive. Additionally, the mouse and keyboard stopped responding within the game. I've already tried several fixes: lowered the GPU clock speed, removed and reinstalled drivers, checked for power supply issues by replacing it, and monitored temperatures without any significant changes. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I'm seeking advice from others who may have faced similar issues or suggestions on next steps. Parts list included: Ryzen 7 3700X, Asrock x570 steel legend Mobo, Crucial Ballistix 16Gb RAM, Rx Vega 64, Asus Strix ROG GPU, EVGA 850w GT Supernova PSUI, a 1TB SSD, a 4TB HDD for games, and a 2TB drive for storage. I also have cable extensions; I plan to test them without them to see if the issue resolves. The video file is video-1651609345.mp4.

After swapping the power supply, the problems continue. Do you have the most recent BIOS for the device?

It occurred again twice after the PSU swap. I haven't had this before. I'll attempt it tomorrow.
