Device Won't Power On – Check 24-Pin Connection
My PC hasn't started properly recently. When I press the power button, nothing happens. I've checked everything—re-seated all components, replaced the 24-pin motherboard cable, and even plugged it halfway before turning it on. I've also tried re-seating the CMOS battery, RAM, cleaned the system, and reset the PSU. The issue still persists. My BIOS keeps resetting every time I re-seat the motherboard cable, affecting my overclocks and storage settings. I'm wondering if the problem lies with the motherboard itself or if the power supply unit is faulty. I'd like to fix it so I can keep going with my normal routine. Also, I just need a new CMOS battery. Any advice?
