I assembled the PC using second-hand parts. The setup included a Ryzen 5 3600, 3060ti, 32GB RAM at 3000MHz, and an Asus Prime B450M A II 650W PSU. When I powered it on, fans lit up but no display appeared. I reinstalled the CPU, GPU, RAM, and CMOS/Bios, but nothing worked. Eventually, I swapped in a new motherboard (MSI Tomahawk B550) and placed the components inside a case. The fans still didn’t light up, and even after clearing CMOS and BIOS, the monitor would flash “cable not connected” when HDMI was unplugged, then disappear when plugged back in. This suggests the GPU might be failing or not receiving power properly. I’ve tested multiple RAM sticks in single-channel mode, but errors appeared with any second stick. It seems the CPU memory controller could be the issue. I’m considering replacing the CPU to test, though it’s unclear if this would resolve the display problem. Your advice on whether it’s worth the purchase is valuable—thank you for your help.

Do you have another GPU available for testing? Your CPU lacks an integrated graphics card, so it won’t show results without one.
