This week my computer stopped working three times. It was built less than three weeks ago, so new parts should have caused random freezes. The PC froze completely—both screens went black and the mouse vanished. Nothing else moved physically. The only overclocking is an XMP profile from MSI, and the system runs Windows 11. PC components: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dBRC6Q. No disk activity spikes were detected while idle. A background game, Pixel Starship on Steam, might be the cause. I’ve attached logs showing events around freezing moments. They seem to happen randomly.

The fTPM problems were noticeable during AM4, but they seem less common now with AM5. It could still be worth checking.

You're seeing delays because the TPM exchange keeps failing, even though a fix was released in May 2022. This ongoing problem is making your computer slow or unresponsive.

This appears to be a persistent issue you encounter when executing Get-TPM, but it functions correctly once resolved.

It seems like you believed the issue had been fixed, but the event viewer indicated a log entry at the freeze point, prompting further investigation.
