Hi everyone - The wireless card has been removed from my laptop. When I connect the Linux Mint 18.3 Wi-Fi adapter, it shows "Wifi is disabled by hardware switch." Most suggest enabling the physical switch or using commands like rfkill, but it doesn’t work because the card is already disconnected. My desktop runs fine with the dongle plugged in, just works as expected. I also tried Mint 19 without success. How can I get working drivers or make the dongle function properly?
