Hi, your friend is experiencing performance issues with his Lenovo Notebook V14-IIL. Despite having a newer i7 processor and more RAM than his previous ASUS VivoBook, he's seeing much lower frame rates in Valorant. The gaming experience is inconsistent, often dropping to 40-50 fps or worse, while his older machine runs smoother with around 70-80 fps. He's already cleaned the laptop, applied new thermal paste, and used a cooler, yet still struggles. It seems the problem isn't related to overheating. I'm trying my best to assist him.
