Device stops working and sound is distorted.
On my Acer Aspire 5 running Windows 10, the laptop often freezes briefly while playing videos, then the sound becomes distorted during louder parts. The only temporary fix is switching to a different monitor, but that doesn’t fully resolve the issue. Charging the computer doesn’t help either. I’ve updated all audio and video drivers without any improvement.
