Details: Processor is Intel Core i9-12900K, mainboard ASUS Strix B660, RAM 64GB DDR4, storage setup includes one 4TB SATA SSD and one 1TB NVMe SSD, power supply Corsair 750W Gold, graphics RTX 2060 functioning properly, but RX 7800 XT installation causes system failure. No fans, lights, or sounds. Reinstalling RTX 2060 restores boot. Troubleshooting steps confirmed PSU connections and wiring are correct, power outlet works, PSU passes test with paperclip, BIOS updated, CMOS cleared, different cables tried, monitor verified. Booting bare system (CPU + RAM only) still fails. Concern about voltage spikes from the new GPU affecting startup. Suggested upgrades to higher wattage PSU or investigating other hardware issues.

A solid 750 card should cover a 7800 XT, probably the issue is the chip failing or a connection fault.

It seems to be a GPU problem, especially since the PSU appears to be relatively new.

Submit a return authorization for the card. The issue seems to be resolved when inserting the 2060 again.

Thank you all, this aligns with my concerns, but it didn’t provide the answer I truly needed. I’ll return the item and expect a new one in about a month. Thank you.
