I was using a Dell Precision Tower (ex server tower) with an Intel Xeon E3-1245 v3 C PU for file storage. It ran Windows 10 Pro, and a folder was shared across devices for remote copying. When I tried to start it, it stopped showing on the screen, and the keyboard power button plus Wi-Fi USB light didn’t activate. I forced a shutdown but still couldn’t see anything or connect any USB device. The Power LED lit up though. What solutions are available? I searched online but found only restart instructions.

Have you considered deleting and reinstalling the RAM because you’ve experienced problems with loose sticks before? Look for any signs of corrosion on the contacts. If there’s no display, can you still see the system connected to the network, meaning it’s turning on?
