Well, what comes to mind is a possible connection problem. Could there be an issue with your HDMI or whatever cable going to your monitor? Might one of the cables from your PSU be faulty? Are any connections loose or bent in a way that could damage the cable? ETC. When you inspect each input on your board, check the plugs for any exposed wires or sharp bends that might cause a "kinked" or broken connection.
Different angles might put pressure on your wires, leading to a loss of connection.
Consider using a screwdriver to attempt the jump. Would that succeed?
Losing cables is likely the issue, but when you power it up vertically, no signal appears or the screen goes black. It seems the problem isn’t the cables themselves, as it resets to the correct position when turned sideways. Still can’t figure out why it functions even after reinserting it properly.
