Good morning everyone! I recently switched my computer from an Intel 10700K to an AMD build. My setup looks like this: Aorus Elite Wifi7 ICE AMD Ryzen 9 9900X TeamGroup T.Force Delta DDR5 6000mhz CL30. I’m experiencing a small problem when the system wakes up from sleep—about ten seconds after I log in, it restarts. Some folks online mentioned TeamGroup RAM might be the culprit a couple of months ago. I checked the compatibility list for my motherboard, but I couldn’t find my RAM model number. Everything seems to work fine otherwise.

My questions are: Should I return my RAM and pick one listed, or should I wait for it to be recognized in a future BIOS update? Is there another possible reason behind this issue? Also, I’ve noticed boot times are much longer now compared to my Intel machine—memory training on the Ryzen helped, but each restart still takes roughly 40-50 seconds to reach the login screen. Could this be due to the RAM not being recognized or is it just the Ryzen’s behavior?

It seems the same problem occurs each week using identical components… Have you installed the latest BIOS updates?

I've encountered a similar issue too. Another person fixed it by swapping out their RAM. I just got Corsair RAM—hope it works!

I verified the issue stemmed from hardware incompatibility. After swapping the Teamgroup RAM with a model listed on the motherboard maker’s compatibility chart, the problem was resolved.
