I've checked the components that might be involved: the EVGA Z20 Keyboard, Gigabyte X570 AORUS Master Motherboard, and the Ryzen 5900X with Windows 10. It seems the keyboard is permanently connected in. Sometimes the RGB turns off and the keyboard stops working. About half the time it comes back on after ten seconds, but sometimes it stays off until I disconnect and reconnect the USB cables. Occasionally, when the PC shuts down, the keyboard lights up briefly before turning off again—usually during power-downs late at night. EVGA suggested using a different USB port. I added more RAM roughly a month ago, yet nothing has changed except this intermittent problem. No other parts have been altered. It can happen days or even weeks without issue, then suddenly it occurs. I'm struggling to figure out the cause and would really appreciate any advice.
