Hey everyone, I'm dealing with some problems on my Ryzen 5 5600X and RX 580 setup. First, my screen sometimes shows the same thing, and I often see it go black unexpectedly—either before or after I post. I've tried everything: reinstalling Windows, switching GPUs, resetting the CPU, checking the PSU with a multimeter, running memory tests, re-seating RAM, installing extra drivers, and monitoring CPU temperatures. So far, it seems the root cause is likely with the motherboard. If anyone has insights or additional steps to try, I'd really appreciate it—it's been really frustrating for weeks.

These and "local activation" alerts show up quite often. Mistakes occur mainly when the computer is turned off manually.
