Avoid using a USB 3.0 port for installing W10; opt for a 2.0 port when possible.

I've relied on USB 3.0 repeatedly for setting up Windows and other OS on numerous machines without issues. The only workaround I've tried is switching to USB 2.0 on boards that had USB 3.0 problems... you usually know which ones tend to connect/disconnect during use (thanks to my old unreliable AMD board). No matter how many times you install the right drivers or re-install, it still doesn't work. I really disliked that board!
