I've checked further and ordered a 750w PSU from Amazon (CM Gold V750 SFX). The problem continues, so I initiated a return request. I suspect the issue might also come from my riser cable—my Louqe Cobalt model has been reported to cause random PC restarts. I plan to set up an open test bench without the riser tomorrow and hope it resolves the matter.

PSU works well, so the next step should be the motherboard. You're lucky to have such convenient return options in your country.

Use MemTest86 to evaluate the RAM.

I ran an open testbench build on my motherboard enclosure, and everything is working smoothly without reboots. It might be the PCIe riser that’s causing the issue, possibly a faulty one.

It's definitely feasible, I haven't encountered any issues with the PCIE riser before, so I can't confirm it for sure.
