Thanks for your reply! The last thing before this happened was shutting down my computer, then freezing at the shutdown screen, which forced a hard reboot. After that, the problem reappeared. I checked all my RAM one by one. My system can boot into BIOS without trouble, but when I saved and exited to a bootable device, the issue would start again and loop. I also tried removing all SATA ports and disabling NVMe, but the problem persisted.
