Hello, your Dell Inspiron 3847 is now running in a different case with another power supply. Without the GPU it starts up fine, but with it connected the fan spins and everything functions normally. The GPU you have is an ASUS GTX 960 Turbo.

Are you connecting with the Dell PowerSupply or a regular one? Unfortunately, all Dell systems are proprietary, so the pin layout might vary. Consider using a different motherboard for your CPU and GPU.

Hello, I'm using a different power supply. I managed to capture a signal from the VGA on the motherboard, but the GPU isn't showing up.
