I have a Ryzen 7 processor, an ML360L AI cooler, and a CPU that shuts down when the system heats up. The hot air vent connected to the radiator seems to be malfunctioning—it appears cold even though it's supposed to be active. All fans are spinning, but I'm unsure if the pumps are actually running. I've tried connecting the pump to different ports and still got the same issue. I suspect there might be a problem with the pump itself, but I don't know how to confirm it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you remove the film from the bottom of the cooler that contacts the CPU? common easily made mistake. You should be able to feel a faint vibration on the cpu block if the pump is running.

In the BIOS setup, if your fans are correctly connected—yes, even the AIO pump connector—they should display activity and their current speeds. When you view this information, if your AIO pump shows no input, it means the pump isn’t installed properly or isn’t functioning.
