MOBO: Gigabyte Aero B650 G Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-core at 4.70 GHz, 32 GB RAM, Gskil Trident Z5 GPU Radeon RX6650 XT. If the computer fails to restart, it remains locked with fans running and RGB active while the DRAM indicator stays lit.

Removing it once lets it work properly, but problems will return later
