Because of water spillage, my laptop keyboard was visible during a service at an official Lenovo center. The technician confirmed no damage to the motherboard or other parts, except for the keyboard. However, after several weeks, I opened the NVIDIA control panel to check my GPU and got a "no NVIDIA GPU detected" message. Could you assist with troubleshooting or possible fixes?

Check the device manager, go to the display adapters section, and see if the tech you used on your laptop was turned off for troubleshooting or another reason.
