Because of water spillage, my laptop keyboard was visible during a service at an official Lenovo center. The technician confirmed no damage to the motherboard or other parts, except for the keyboard. However, after several weeks, I opened the NVIDIA control panel to check my GPU and got a "no NVIDIA GPU detected" message. Could you assist with troubleshooting or possible fixes?

Device specs: CPU – 8th Gen i5, RAM – 8.0GB, PC4-21300 DDR4 SODIMM, 2666MHz, 1TB HDD, 7200 RPM, OS – Windows 10 Home, Graphics – NVIDIA GeForce GTX1050 4GB GDDR5, Camera – 720P HD with Array Mic, Bluetooth Version 4.1, Warranty – 1 year.

Check the device manager, go to the display adapters section, and see if the tech you used on your laptop was turned off for troubleshooting or another reason.
