You recently installed new RAM and are seeing error codes E8 and 55. The RAM you purchased is the G. Skill Ripjaws V Series DDR4 3200, 4x8 GB. Your motherboard is an EVGA X299 Micro with an Intel I7-7800X Skylake-X. The BIOS lists compatibility, but after multiple attempts to reinstall, it still isn't being recognized. Your system specifications include the listed components and a 850W PSU from MSI Ventus, running Windows 10 64-bit.
I only used one method and it produced identical outcomes, still showing E8 and 55.
The new RAM might be faulty... OR you require the most recent BIOS for improved performance.
Test it using the eqch stick individually. If it doesn’t work, it’s likely a compatibility issue. For fun, try an older stick to confirm it still works.
I just tested it and it didn’t work. It seems the sticks aren’t functioning or EVGA is offering excellent speed compatibility for the motherboard, which matches the specs of up to 4000 with a Skylake-X.
