Hello, your GPU isn't displaying any video even though the fans and lights are functioning. After connecting your monitor via the motherboard's HDMI port, it worked properly. When checking Device Manager, only your iGPU was listed. I restarted the PC and the GPU started showing video again, but the monitor would randomly go black. Plugging in a second monitor caused everything to turn off once more. Your system specs include an i5-6600K (not overclocked), Asus Arez RX Vega 56, Samsung 850 EVO SSD, Seagate 3TB HDD, 16GB RAM at 2666MHz, HyperX Fury RAM, and an Asus Z170 Pro gaming motherboard.

I recently purchased the GPU and haven't been using it for a few years. The system runs smoothly in the BIOS, and there are no issues with output.

I purchased it secondhand and the seller mentioned the graphics card was five years old, yet it functioned flawlessly.

Hope you receive a refund if things don’t go as planned. The card seems to function properly before you start using Windows, and it only becomes black when the system begins. If the screen remains unstable, it likely points to a problem with the card.
