I recently assembled all the components for my PC. I installed a Ryzen 5600x, an RX 6600 graphics card, a Samsung 980 NVMe SSD, a TUF Gaming X570-plus Wi-Fi motherboard, Corsair Vengeance 16 (8x2) RAM, a Segotep 850W modular power supply, and a 4000mm airflow cooler. After connecting everything and turning the power supply on, the power button remained inactive. No fans turned on, not even the case fans. The only visible change was the RGB lighting on the motherboard when the PSU was activated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Did you mount the riser beneath the motherboard to avoid direct attachment to the case? The photo doesn’t clarify. If yes, disconnect the jumper cables from the motherboard and use a screwdriver to touch the PWR SW jumper—see if it powers up. If not, remove the GPU, RAM, and attempt to power it again. If unsuccessful, take everything out of the case, connect the PSU externally and the motherboard outside, then try jump starting. If that fails, replace the PSU and test with a screwdriver on the jumper method. (Avoid putting the motherboard in the anti-static bag outside; use cardboard instead.)

The risers would likely be on the case box, not the motherboard.

They should be included with the motherboard by default. Their appearance matches the ones shown, and they need to be placed in the case to elevate the board and prevent shorts.

In the box there were just three items listed, and the SSD part for the motherboard was also included.

Check if the motherboard was improperly connected to the case back plate.

Confirming if you damaged the motherboard. Also, only a few units are included in the 4000d guide.

It might fail, but I've seen similar issues before. After adjusting the risers, removing the motherboard should work. Once installed properly, it seems to function well.

I'll give it a shot right away. Also not sure if it's completely off because the RGB came back on.

The rear IO was installed without the risers by adjusting the mounting points or modifying the installation procedure.
