I checked the whole web but still can't fix it. My Xbox One controller isn't showing up in my Bluetooth settings on a dongle I recently purchased. It worked perfectly on my old laptop with Bluetooth, and even on my iPhone XS, but not on my desktop. The dongle is a Gembird BTD-MINI5. I couldn't find any drivers, and their site says drivers aren't needed. I'm really frustrated now. I already returned a Wi-Fi+BT PCIe card I bought for this controller, and the Bluetooth there didn't function either.
