The USB appears to be recognized by Windows, but it doesn’t show up in Explorer or Disk Management. It makes a sound when plugged in, and the device lights up with a flashing indicator. What might be happening is that the USB is functioning properly but not being detected correctly by the system.
Have you tested connecting the USB drive to various USB ports on your computer? Have you used other USB drives to check if they appear? Have you restarted your PC? I’m here to help.
