This appears to be a fresh installation. Ensure UEFI settings are enabled and the CSM is disabled. Insert your USB Windows installation drive and start the process. You’ll see the M2 drive ready for setup.
This SATA m.2 device is compatible with your motherboard only if it supports NVMe m.2. Verify the guidelines in your manual.
