Hello, I'm having an issue with my motherboard and RAM sticks. I have an ASRock X399 Phantom Gaming 6 with a Threadripper 1920X connected to 2x2x8Gb of RAM. This setup uses two Corsair kits, each with different versions. Initially, I used the Noctua NH-U9 TR4-SP3, and all sticks worked properly with the XMP profile. Recently, I swapped out the cooler for a Bequiet Dark Rock Pro TR4, but after that change, the stick in the D2 slot stopped being recognized, even though the motherboard is set to quadruple channel mode. The slot still appears empty. I've tried removing and reinserting the sticks, and swapping them in C2 and D2, but none are detected anymore. I haven't tested these sticks on another motherboard yet, but I wanted your advice on whether this was normal or not. Thanks,

This problem has persisted since the X58 era for HEDT. I'm considering trying mounting pressure. It's really disappointing and causes a lot of frustration.

It seems the cooler wasn’t secured properly. I adjusted it and the system wouldn’t boot. I tightened it fully and all the RAM was recognized. Thanks for the help!
