Your PC's Ethernet ports were damaged by a power surge, so you're using a PCIe 1x card to connect. Both worked briefly but stopped working after turning off the computer. The cards aren't showing up in BIOS now. You may need to reinstall them or check for firmware updates.

I don’t understand much about Ethernet cards, so my answers might be incorrect. When did you turn off the PC? Did you shut it down in Windows or press the power button on the front I/O? Could it be because you have two different kinds of cards? Have you updated the BIOS before this? Did you attempt to update the BIOS afterward?

I assume you turned it off in Windows, and they seem to be the same card types. I haven’t refreshed the BIOS since setting up the system.
