I was mid-game in Jedi Survivor when the Xbox controller stopped working. I checked the Device Manager but couldn’t find it, even after scanning for new hardware. I tried a different cable, port, ran SFC/scannow, restarted, shut down the PC, and updated Windows, but nothing connected via Bluetooth since the PC doesn’t have it built in. I can’t reinstall the driver because it wasn’t listed initially. After plugging it into another machine it didn’t work either. It seems like the device is faulty; it’s probably beyond repair before the warranty ends.
