I own a cyber power pc equipped with an rx580 chipset. It often restarts after a short while and crashes during boot, even in BIOS. Temperatures are normal, CMOS cleared, and RAM relocated to another slot. The problem remains unclear. Oddly, each time it starts, the AMD driver is removed and replaced with Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. CyberPower Tower Ryzen 5 3600 rx580
It seems the issue might be with the card or PSU. It could be any RAM or CPU board causing problems in BIOS. The best way to confirm is try the card on another system and test it on your own. If that doesn’t work, remove unnecessary drives, add more RAM, disconnect all USB except keyboard and mouse, and see if you can boot without crashes. Then run DDU, wipe old drivers, install the AMD driver, and check temperatures—both CPU and GPU.
