Device malfunctions intermittently with unpredictable behavior.
The Dell M6800 keyboard and trackpad stop functioning after a system restart, sleep cycles, and occasionally when Windows loads. They remain operational in the BIOS. I've checked everything and suspect it's not related to the keyboard or trackpad.
