I've recently set up W10 on my PC twice, and both times my K95 and Logitech G502 functioned properly for a day. After rebooting, they stopped working under the Windows lock screen, though they worked in BIOS. I've only installed Chrome so far—any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It seems unusual, but your K70 and G502 functioned well after a fresh setup and reboots. Did you install the Logitech Gaming Software and Corsair utility? They likely include necessary drivers.

It seems the mouse and keyboard functioned properly before the changes. After installing CUE 2 and Logitech gaming software, both devices stopped working after rebooting. I also tested different USB keyboards and even a PS2 keyboard, but they didn’t help.

If you skip the installation, you might still use the software temporarily but could face limitations later.

Starting in safe mode doesn't necessarily stop the software, but the mouse and keyboard won't function as expected.

They handle my W10 laptop. It seems strange it didn’t function even after reinstalling Windows. Maybe the drivers are getting updated, as someone suggested.

Begin the Windows in recovery mode by pressing all Function keys after the system displays a message (try F11), then select Troubleshoot, Advanced Options, and Startup Settings. Click Restart when prompted. After rebooting, you’ll encounter a blue screen and should press F7 or the number 7 to continue. The PC will restart again, and the keyboard and mouse should function properly.
