Device Malfunctions Frequently...
Occasionally my computer freezes while watching YouTube videos and Skype crashes at the same time. It doesn’t seem to come back unless I restart the PC. The Skype issue just started today, but YouTube has been active for a few days now. I’m puzzled about what might be causing this and don’t want to wipe everything clean. Additionally, the Bluetooth icon on the bottom right keeps showing up even after I’ve removed it several times. Please assist!
