Device malfunctioning, connection issues detected.
I recently relocated to a new home and had to configure our internet setup. We’re using a Zyxel modem/router combo. This unit appears to be the issue. While connecting is straightforward, I occasionally lose internet access. Smartphones function normally, but laptops and desktops connected via both Wi-Fi and Ethernet often drop their connection even when linked to the router. Are there solutions for a defective router or should we consider replacing it?
