I received an Acer E1-571. The touchpad stopped functioning, so I brought it to a repair shop where I replaced the upper case. After that, the touchpad worked again, but now I can’t scroll, zoom, or handle multi-touch tasks properly. I tried installing a driver, but it didn’t help. I also tried using Linux, where the touchpad worked fine. The issue seems to be with Windows 10. Please assist me.

I was exhausted but didn’t get any work done. Even from the manufacturer’s CD.
