I changed my CPU from Ryzen 3600 to Ryzen 5700 X3D but can’t get into BIOS since the keyboard isn’t responding. Need help.

It would be useful to understand your system's specifications. I'd start by verifying if your existing BIOS can accommodate the new CPU. Updating the BIOS might be necessary.
