Device malfunctioned.
I experienced issues with my Asus rog claymore. Recently, while playing a game, the keyboard lights turned off and stopped functioning, only allowing W and D inputs so my character moved diagonally. After plugging it back in briefly, the lights came back on for a moment before turning off again. When I unplugged it, the character kept moving until it was restarted. Now, when I plug it in without restarting, it works for about a second. The problem persists even after a full PC restart. Could someone assist? Thank you.
