I recently assembled my first computer and everything functioned properly. After a couple of weeks, I encountered an issue. During normal operation, my keyboard stopped working completely. The mouse worked fine, and the keyboard was receiving power with RGB enabled, but it wasn’t showing up in the "Input" settings. I also tried another keyboard without success. After using the driver updater, all keyboard drivers appeared to be up to date. Then I restarted the PC by accident, and now I can't log in at all. Please help me. Edit: I tested various USB ports as well.

I successfully logged in using the "On-screen Keyboard" method. Now I need guidance on enabling it after the system has booted up.

I've been checking out tutorials about updating keyboard drivers, but when I open Device Manager I don't see a "Keyboard" category, which means no drivers are available. It feels like all the previous ones just disappeared. If that's useful, your keyboard is a budget Dierya model from Amazon and another $10 Logitech K120.

Visit the Logitech site to get the correct driver file. The issue occurred because Windows didn’t recognize the keyboard, so no updates were available.

I also attempted the "Check for Hardware Changes" tool in Device Manager, which many recommend, yet nothing occurred after a restart. Most of the articles I saw came from individuals who unintentionally removed their keyboard driver files, possibly including mine, but I’m unlikely to be responsible. It’s possible that during the "Update" section I mistakenly selected "Uninstall," though I’m not sure. Update: By using the free Outbyte Driver Updater version, I discovered two missing drivers: HotKey Keyboard Class Filter Driver and another named Hotkey Class Filter Driver. I’ve previously used Outbyte for driver updates, but now even through the manual process—usually without needing registration—it insists my "registration key" is absent, preventing installation.
