Hi, I've had some problems with my onboard USB-C port. I tried using a USB-C to USB-C cable for my Kingston SD card reader. It appeared correctly, I could access files and then it would disconnect (file explorer window closed), but it would reconnect immediately. This happened repeatedly, sometimes randomly, but it seemed to calm down when the port wasn't in use—just plugged in but no active connection. I've tested various cables and also used a Samsung T5 1TB SSD. With the SSD, the issues were similar except once the USB controller froze, all connected devices stopped working for about 5-10 seconds, and power was cut too. I decided to avoid using this port now. The rest of the USB functionality is fine. I also think this port performed better in the past, but I haven't used it much recently. Any suggestions?
