You should consider deleting your drive. The "asking for license" step comes later, so it’s best to remove the drive now.

This situation is worrying. Here are some images of the screen I'm seeing after booting from the bootable drive. After selecting the first option, the picture below appears. It looks like I need to switch to Windows first. *I'm stuck in a boot loop* This is what I see in the second choice as well. As you mentioned earlier, I think the license key screen will show up after formatting and installing Windows.
